The Pathways Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of
Directors who provide guidance and direction in the acquisition
and management of financial resources of the Foundation as well
as in the granting of requests for financial assistance in accordance
with the Foundation's giving strategies.

Jack joined the Board in November 2004 and currently
holds the position of Vice President. Jack worked with
IBM for 26 years, is a former Reeve of Sydney Township,
and was the first Mayor of Quinte West. He currently
sits on the Board of Directors for the Trenton Memorial
Foundation as Vice Chair and was formally the chair of
the Trenton Hospital Board. Jack is married to his wife
Linda and has two sons. |

Rob joined the Pathways Foundation Board in 2002 and
currently holds the position of Vice President. He was
born in Eastern Ontario and graduated from George Brown
College in Food and Beverage Management. He moved to
the area in 2001 and has been involved in the community
since. Rob is on the Madoc District Chamber of Commerce,
is on the Board of directors for the Community Futures
Development Corporation of North & Central Hastings
and South Algonquin, and is also on the Board of Management
of St. Peter's Church in Madoc. |

Donn joined the Pathways Foundation Board in 2002 and
has just recently joined the Pathways to Independence Board,
holding the position of Treasurer on both Boards. He is
a Certified General Accountant (CGA) and after 29 years
of service with Ontario Hydro he retired as Comptroller
of Ontario Hydro's Eastern Region. Donn is currently working
on a contract basis with Welch & Company LLP. In addition
to Donn's extensive financial knowledge, he has also been
an active volunteer within our community. Donn is a former
member of the Accounting Program Advisory Board at Loyalist
College, the former treasurer of the Quinte Figure Skating
Club, and has sat on Board of Director of the Certified
General Accountants Association of Ontario, Belleville
chapter, for several year two of which he was Chair. |

Dr. Walsh joined the Board in November 2000. He currently
is an Occupational Health & Safety rehabilitation
physician with his own consulting firm. He was both the
primary physician with Special Care Unit and the general
physician at Prince Edward Heights. |

Bill is a 30 year Quinte resident having relocated here
with Procter and Gamble from his home town of Hamilton
Ontario. He is currently divides his time between his
consulting practice, his love of the outdoors and volunteer
commitments. In addition to his board position with the
Pathway's Foundation, he chairs the board for Volunteer
and Information Quinte, co-chairs the annual Terry Fox
Run for Prince Edward County and assists with Canadian
Cancer Society fundraisers. | |
