 | Bill Saunders (President) Bill is a 30 year Quinte resident having relocated here with Procter and Gamble from his home town of Hamilton Ontario. He is currently divides his time between his consulting practice, his love of the outdoors and volunteer commitments. In addition to his board position with the Pathway's Foundation, he chairs the board for Volunteer and Information Quinte, co-chairs the annual Terry Fox Run for Prince Edward County and assists with Canadian Cancer Society fundraisers. |

| Jack Arthur (Past President) Jack joined the Board in November 2004 and currently holds the position of President. Jack worked with IBM for 26 years, is a former Reeve of Sydney Township, and was the first Mayor of Quinte West. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Trenton Memorial Foundation as Vice Chair and was formally the chair of the Trenton Hospital Board. Jack is married to his wife Linda and has two sons. |

| Doug Bellwood (Treasurer) Doug joined the Pathways Foundation Board of Directors in 2011. He is a Certified General Accountant and has retired after 33 years of service with Ontario Hydro. Doug is an active volunteer in the Quinte Region, volunteering with Big Brothers & Big Sisters and Pensioners Concerned, an organization that helps low income senior citizens to prepare their tax returns. Doug also is a member of the Board of Directors of the YMCA for Belleville and Quinte. Doug is married and enjoys spending time with his three grown children and grandchildren. |
 | Cassandra Bonn Cassandra Bonn has over 14 years of experience in the communications industry. Her career has taken her from Canada 's smallest marketing communications company to Canada 's largest – Cossette Marketing Communications (Toronto). On a national level, she has worked on many large accounts including General Mills, Pillsbury, Hewlett Packard, Maple Leaf Foods, Girl Guides of Canada, Canadian Aids Society and Mother's Against Drunk Driving. She moved to Trenton in 2002 and decided to start her own marketing consulting business, The Market Place, and in 2006, it became Engine Communications Inc. – a full service branding company. She has helped several local businesses grow, including McDougall Insurance Brokers Ltd., Pathways to Independence, OpenLine OpenMind, Beauty Works Day Spa, Barcovan Golf Club, Bonn Law Office, O'Flynn Weese LLP and Royal LePage ProAlliance to name a few. In 2008 she sold Engine Communications to become a full time mom. Cassandra is committed and actively involved with the community. Her volunteer resume includes Vice Chair of Rotary Trump Aids Poker Walk, committee member of the Trenton Memorial Hospital, Cancer Society and Quinte Childrens' Foundation Galas, past Director for the Belleville & District Chamber of Commerce, and 1st Vice for the Women's Sales & Ad Club. She is now happy to be a member for Pathways to Independence Foundation Board. |
