Inclusion is a process of identifying, understanding and breaking down barriers to participation and belonging. At its most essential level, inclusiveness ensures that every person is included, participates in his or her community in meaningful ways, and feels a sense of belonging to family, friends, neighbourhoods, workplaces, places of worship, and the broader community. The results were very positive and we are very proud of them. Most gratifying was the incredible 99.2% overall satisfaction rating with the services received.
